The following is a list of things I will be needing permission for. Please use the handy-dandy form and post a comment to give permission!

♥ Power Sensing Satou is a container for magic. A lot of magic. Your characters are welcome to notice this and bring it up with her! She doesn't quite realize how powerful she is, so she might think they're lying or wrong.

→ Empathy: Satou has very sensitive empathy which makes her able to feel the emotions of those around her. Permission would be for Satou to be able to pick up on a character's emotions and react to them, which usually means mimicking them (getting angry if they are angry, sad if they are sad, happy when they are, etc.) This isn't the same as knowing the feelings belong to your character!

→ Identifying Feelings: She is also empathetic to a fault, which plays out nicely for RP. Satou cannot always identify who a feeling is coming from. This would be the permission for Satou to identify feelings as belonging to your character.

→ Identifying Sins: Satou's empathy is not restricted to just feelings. Unlike most witches, she can identify sinful feelings in a person and will sometimes display them herself when in that person's company. "Sins" refers to more than the seven cardinal sins: Satou can pick up on formers murders and hateful feelings. Permission would be for Satou to identify a character's sins. Please list which ones she can feel.

→ Forgetting: Magic in Satou's world is not free. Eventually, she will suffer a penalty for using more magic than she is "allowed". The penalty is whatever the witch values most and for Satou this means losing her existence. This spell is cast subconsciously by Satou herself: a curse on her DNA hijacks her magic to cast the spell. Because of this, anyone who is immune to magic would not be affected. The spell is very high-level, but a high-level magic user may be able to intercept it and stop it. If someone "breaks the curse" then she will subconsciously cast the forgetting spell again. This cycle would continue endlessly, and is out of Satou's power to control. She doesn't even know she is the one casting it.
Permission would be for your character forgetting little bits of Satou if she goes over her set magic limit. Please let me know if you'd like to be contacted in the event of this ICly occurring for plotting purposes. I'd only contact you if your character has had CR with her and it is unlikely to come up frequently.

→ Fail Safe Mauling: Finally, Satou has a "fail safe" in her that prevents her from dying. If she is fatally injured then it "turns on" and replaces her self control with survival instincts. She does all in her power to save herself, which usually means taking someone's health and forcing her fatal injuries on them. This often kills her victim.

Permission would be for me to contact you in a situation where she might go fail safe and potentially plot to use it for some mauling or character death. I will never have her kill anyone without asking first, even if you give permission here.

→ Empathy: mikan freaks out a lot, so the vibes satou would be getting from her would be pretty strong fear and sadness, maybe even loneliness, i guess!

→ Identifying Sins: she actually did kill someone by accident in haven once. when characters were given randomized powers, she struck someone with an energy blast in the back and they died. that's about it though!
→ Forgetting: the heads up like you said would be perfect, otherwise feel free.
→ Fail Safe Mauling: mikan is a weakling, aka it wouldn't be hard for her to die from this, so yes!
